My Thoughts:
This book is just in time for Halloween because it’s creepy and scary AF. The romance element is dark, tortuous and twisted. Check the trigger warnings before picking this one up because as usual, Kinsley is not for the faint of heart. There’s a VAMPIRE love interest in this book so if that’s your thing, be prepared to be very excited and happy. I honestly am not quite sure what Prince is. A demon? Either way he’s a twisted a**hole that you’ll love to read. Our FMC Royce is dealing with heavy childhood trauma that she can’t seem to break free from and Prince’s torture only escalates her issues. This is a story about Royce realizing her strength but also about all of the f*cked shit that has to happen for her to be able to do that. If you love wickedly dark romance, you’ll love this.
