My Thoughts:
This book is a kinky smutfest. Goodreads classifies this as a Dark Romance but I would say it’s more like an erotic thriller. Lots of suspense, sex and tons of triggers. It seems more like erotica to me because there’s more smut than plot. There is smut in almost every scene, so if that’s your thing…look no further. Sometimes it’s a vibe! The secret society has a lot ties to the upper echelon which leads to lots of murder and crazy plot twists so there definitely is not a lack of plot. Ryat Archer is completely obsessive and psychotic, so if that’s your jam this may just be your next book boyfriend.
